Definition Of Terms

1. Personally Identifiable Information – Refers to the information obtained by the company that is personally identifiable to the client such as the name, age, address, and contact information.
2. Affiliates – Refers to a person or organization that has official or business attachments with the company or the client.
3. Use of information – Refers to the act of utilizing the information gathered by the company for company operations, provision of services, or other related activities.

Scope

This policy applies to all the client’s persona and sensitive information collected by the company during a business process that includes:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Stillup services that the client might be interested in availing
• Client’s company information and its affiliates
• Financial information such as bank account details

Policy Statement

• The company may use the client’s PII to provide the services the client has requested as well as to communicate with the client with regards to the scope of services, payment details, or other related topics.
• Upon the client’s agreement to the company’s terms and conditions and the formation of a contract between the company and the client, the information the client has given will be processed and used to verify the client’s identity for security purposes, provide the client with suggestions and advice on the services, provide suggestions on upgrades of services or other premium services that the client may benefit more from, and develop, improve, or personalize the company’s services.
• The company will use the client’s information when it would discuss issues with the project, promote new services, or other information that might be of interest to the client. The company may also send the client with relevant industry information or other promotional information about the company or its affiliates. However, the client can freely choose whether or not to receive such information from the company.
• The company must not use any client information in a way that may identify the client personally. However, with the client’s permission, the company may give the client’s name and other contact information to select third parties that might provide additional useful services to the client. The client may withdraw such consent anytime if he/she wishes to do so.
• The company may disclose the client’s PII if such disclosure is required by law or by a subpoena which may assist the government or law officials, investigate violations, or other circumstances that bring out the necessity to protect the company from legal actions or claims from third parties, including the client.
• The company may process the client’s data for the purposes of analyzing the company’s business performance, meeting its legal obligations, or for research and development; advertising or marketing the company’s services to the client; responding to the client’s complaints or request for a certain service; and record-keeping for administration purposes.
• If the company is acquired by or has merged with another business, the company retains the right to transfer the client’s personal information to the new company. The new company will then have the right to use the client’s PII according to the terms of this Privacy Policy. The client, however, will have the chance to opt-out of such transfer if the new company has different privacy policies from this company or are not compliant with the applicable law.
• Upon receiving the client’s personal information, the company has industry-standard security measures to maintain the safety of the client’s information and protect it from loss and misuse.
